the Swedish Resistance Movement (SWRM) marched to honor slain AWB leader Eugene Terreblanche and protest the silent genocide of Boer in South Africa.
More than 100 members of the Swedish patriot group marched, flying their banner alongside the vierklier, and signs that honored Terreblanche and brought attention to the silent Boer genocide going on in South Africa. Since the ANC came to power there in 1994, nearly 3,500 White farmers have been sadistically murdered by Blacks, with no apparent motive for the attacks.
“We hold the ANC responsible not only for the murder of Eugéne Terre’Blanche, leader of the Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB), but also for the ongoing genocide of whites in South Africa,” The Swedish Resistance said in a statement. “We will tell of a government who in silence support murder, rape and plunder of whites.”
“Hereby we call upon our brothers and sisters around the globe to take a stand, no longer can we sit and do nothing as the white population of South Africa is being murdered. What happens in South Africa today, will happen in our nations tomorrow!,” the group said in their statement.
The march began at St. Eriksplan at 12 noon and ended at the South African embassy in Stockholm, where a leaflet was placing blame on the ANC government for the murder of Terreblanche and the ongoing Boer genocide.
The “new” South African flag was also burned in protest.
“This is not about hate for white or blacks, it’s about love for our own kind, our beloved beautiful children that won’t have a future if we don’t do something about it,” said Movement member Fredrick. “It’s the system we hate, not other people, the system hurts both sides.”
Assorted anarchists who actually showed support for the Boer genocide, were kept at bay by a heavy show of police. The protesters put their women out in front and stood alongside the march heckled as the marchers passed by. SWRM reported a few minor clashes as the anti-Boer protesters tried to attack the march and got “a few well-deserved smacks” in return, but no major incidents occurred.
A stand-off between police and the SWRM happened as the protest ended, as authorities attempted to arrest a member for an incident that happened at another rally. The incident ended peacefully without the member being arrested.
Sister rallies were held at the same time in central Gothenburg, Kristianstad, and Skellefteå.
Rally organizer Emil Hagberg was happy with how how many turned out for the rally, which was put together in a very short time. “Now we have brought this issue to the fore, and we will continue with the campaign and talk about the genocide against whites in South Africa, until it becomes known to all what is happening over there,” he said.
